About the Opportunity

The Technical Recruiter will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions of the business — from field operations and manufacturing to engineering, corporate, and general & administrative roles. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with Solaris's growth objectives and CREATORS culture. Essential Functions

  • Spearhead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job families, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination across technical and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs to build accurate and compelling job profiles
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events to build robust candidate pipelines
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and compensation alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with hiring documentation requirements
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to HR leadership and hiring managers
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent Solaris at career fairs, university events, and industry networking functions
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and time-to-fill metrics continuously
  • Collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning, compensation strategies, headcount forecasting, and talent market intelligence


Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within energy, industrial, manufacturing, or a similarly technical industry
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring across a variety of functions including operations, engineering, and corporate roles
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar tools
  • Strong understanding of employment law, hiring compliance, and EEOC guidelines
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
