What you'll be doing
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
- Prepare conceptual estimates
- Contribute to value engineering studies
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineer
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of Estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with estimating software and take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and scopes
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Clear communicator who works well in a team based environment
