Senior Engineer

We are partnering with an established manufacutring company to hire a Senior Engineer who will lead engineering projects, drive product development initiatives, and support continuous improvement efforts. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation, including design, development, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments to support product and process improvements.
• Design, develop, and evaluate new products and enhancements to existing products.
• Troubleshoot complex engineering issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.
• Support cost-reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with engineering leadership on project planning, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated success leading complex projects.
• Strong experience with CAD software, engineering design tools, simulation software, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, materials, quality systems, and safety standards.
• Proven project management and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field a plus
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant industry certifications a plus
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization initiatives.
