Senior Employment Attorney (Hybrid)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team at one of the largest U.S. employment law firms. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5+ years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.

This is a fulltime and hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) position at the law firms office in Phoenix, Arizona.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions as well as experience with ESI discovery.
• Provide legal advice and representation to various clients
• Knowledge of employment and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law
• Research legal issues prepare and file briefs, motions, and other necessary judicial pleadings
• Participate in case management including strategy development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active license to practice law in Arizona
• Minimum 5+ of experience in lab and employment law
