Senior Electrical Engineer / Supervising Electrical Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday to Thursday in-office, Friday half-day remote

Senior Engineers will lead major project designs, while Supervising Engineers will take on broader leadership, client management, and team development responsibilities.
The Role
- Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems for mission-critical facilities while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include project leadership, staff supervision, client management, business development, and serving as Engineer of Record.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems including medium-voltage distribution, UPS systems, generators, and critical power infrastructure.
- Perform power system calculations, equipment selection, and technical analysis.
- Develop and review designs using Revit and other engineering software.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Participate in construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, field reports, and site visits.
- Serve as Engineer of Record and oversee project quality and technical delivery.
- Lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and support staff development.
- Support project budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship management.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8+ years' experience for Senior Electrical Engineer level.
- 12+ years' experience and supervisory experience for Supervising Electrical Engineer level.
- MEP consulting engineering experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Revit and electrical design software.
- Experience with ETAP, SKM, or power system studies preferred.
- Knowledge of medium-voltage systems, power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and critical electrical infrastructure.
- Project experience within Data Centers, Critical Facilities, Healthcare, Commercial, or Aviation sectors.
