We're looking for a highly creative and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate Shopr's consumer experience and support the company's continued growth.
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing Shopr's visual marketing strategy. This is a highly creative, design-focused position responsible for developing compelling digital content across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, web, and mobile channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design, motion graphics, and video production skills with a solid understanding of consumer marketing. They can take an idea from concept through execution, creating engaging visual experiences that drive attention, engagement, and action.
· Create high-quality digital creative assets across social media, email, web, paid advertising, and mobile channels
· Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital advertising, customer education, and brand awareness initiatives
· Design and develop motion graphics, animated advertisements, product demonstrations, and digital marketing content
· Create app demonstrations, screen recordings, phone mockups, explainer videos, and product-focused visual content
· Capture and edit video content for campaigns, company initiatives, events, customer stories, and promotional efforts
· Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives that support customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives
· Maintain and elevate Shopr's visual identity across consumer and business-facing channels
· Translate ideas into polished creative assets with minimal direction
Marketing & Campaign Support· Support execution of consumer and B2B marketing campaigns
· Create assets for email marketing, paid media, website initiatives, and promotional campaigns
· Assist with onboarding materials, customer communications, and educational content
· Support conference, event, and partnership marketing initiatives
· Stay current on design trends, creative best practices, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
· 4+ years of experience in digital design, video production, creative marketing, content creation, or a related field
· Advanced proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
· Strong experience creating and editing video content for social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns
· Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video production, motion graphics, app demonstrations, and digital marketing creative
· Ability to take projects from concept through execution with minimal direction while creating content that drives engagement and conversion
· Experience working with consumer-facing brands, mobile applications, loyalty programs, fintech, travel, or hospitality companies
· Experience developing creative for paid social and digital advertising campaigns
· Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative strategies
· Experience creating content optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
· Basic photography and videography experience
