Inclusion Cloud is seeking a results-driven, proactive, and highly experienced Senior B2B Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth in the U.S. market. This is a senior-level position based in Dallas, Texas, requiring on-site attendance four days per week.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for technology services and solutions, from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close complex, strategic deals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing tailored technology solutions.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and modern sales technologies to improve productivity and pipeline generation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through CRM systems.


Requirements


  • Senior-level experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Technology Services Sales.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling IT services, staff augmentation, consulting services, software solutions, or technology-related offerings.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern prospecting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and demand generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Experience managing corporate and enterprise accounts.


Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to enhance sales effectiveness and business development efforts.
