Senior Data Analyst

This is a Full-Time/ Direct Hire (Salary) role for our manufatcuring clients in McMinnville, OR - looking to bring on a Senior Data Analyst (Digital & IT). This role would be onsite 4x per week, and remote 1x per week. Salary betweeen $90,000-125,000/Base.

In this role, you will take ownership of the division’s entire data strategy, leading efforts to modernise datasets, streamline reporting environments, and optimise everything built on top of the ERP landscape. You’ll work with commercial, finance, and other data‑consuming teams, ensuring they have reliable, accurate, and well‑structured data to support business decisions. You’ll tackle legacy middleware databases, rationalise existing data sources, and help guide the transition of remaining sites onto SAP. Data strategy, improving data ecosystems, and driving end‑to‑end data projects across a global manufacturing environment is key to this role.

Must haves:

• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related technical roles
• Proven experience in Power BI, Power Automate and RPA Automation
• Proven success managing complex data or IT projects - ability to modernise large data sets
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language
• Experience implementing datasets and working with ETL tools
• Background or familiarity in project management - understanding and prior experience of the project life cycle and following a project framework
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong soft skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or technology-related field of study
