Title: Senior Cybersecurity Analyst
Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM / Monday – Friday / As Needed

We're looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to help safeguard our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll lead threat detection and incident response efforts, drive cybersecurity initiatives, and serve as a trusted security advisor across the organization. Essential Job Functions
- Lead security monitoring and incident response activities, including investigation, containment, recovery, and root cause analysis.
- Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis activities to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Provide guidance on secure system design, architecture, and implementation of security controls.
- Develop cybersecurity policies, security awareness initiatives, and leadership reporting aligned with industry frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams while providing guidance and mentorship on cybersecurity best practices.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology,related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity or information security experience
- Experience with incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and security monitoring
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, and other enterprise security technologies
- Strong understanding of network, endpoint, and cloud security
Certifications
- Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
