The role
We are looking for a Senior HRIS Reporting Analyst to be responsible for delivering workforce reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and reporting automation across HR systems. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, ensure data quality, optimize reporting processes, and drive data-informed decision-making through scalable analytics solutions.
This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide accurate, actionable workforce insights and ensure the integrity of HR data used for operational and strategic decision-making.
