The role

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Reporting Analyst to be responsible for delivering workforce reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and reporting automation across HR systems. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, ensure data quality, optimize reporting processes, and drive data-informed decision-making through scalable analytics solutions.


This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide accurate, actionable workforce insights and ensure the integrity of HR data used for operational and strategic decision-making.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data by monitoring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Design and implement reporting automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting capabilities across HR systems.
  • Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
  • Support HR technology initiatives by contributing to system enhancements, testing, data validation, and process optimization efforts related to HRIS and workforce analytics.
  • Establish and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and best practices to support scalable and sustainable reporting processes.
  • Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.


Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, HR data management, or business intelligence.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level HR organizations and managing HR data across multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex reporting requests, analytical projects, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable reporting insights.


Technical Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling) and strong SQL skills with experience querying, analyzing, and validating large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Access and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, with a proven ability to automate reporting processes, improve workflows, and ensure data accuracy through reconciliation and validation.
