JOOLA is for looking for an experienced Senior Creative Manager with a passion for growth and interest in pickleball and table tennis!


JOOLA was first established in 1952 and built a global reputation as a pioneer in table tennis. In 2022, JOOLA expanded into the rapidly growing pickleball scene and quickly attracted the biggest names in the sport. As an official table tennis sponsor for three Summer Olympic Games and the official sponsor of pickleball's top athletes and the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA), the team at JOOLA combines its storied expertise with fresh perspectives to bring innovation to both sports.


JOOLA creates a variety of equipment, apparel, and accessories for both table tennis and pickleball players, professional and recreational. With offices in US, Germany, Brazil, and China, JOOLA has a global presence and wide distributor network.


We are looking for an Senior Creative Manager to partner with the Global Creative Director to help lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. You will help create the ideas that define how the brand shows up in the world. From major campaign launches to social storytelling to athlete driven content. This role is both conceptual and hands on. You should be able to think big, develop strong ideas, and then help bring them to life with exceptional craft.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop campaign ideas for global product launches and brand initiatives
  • Help shape the creative direction for marketing, social, and brand storytelling
  • Art direct product campaigns, athlete content, and brand photography
  • Collaborate with marketing, social, product, and e commerce teams
  • Push the creative bar higher across all channels
  • Help define how a fast growing sports brand shows up globally
  • Mentor designers and creatives while staying close to the work
  • Produce high quality work in a dynamic environment


Qualifications:


  • 8 to 12 years of creative experience at agencies or in house brands
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • A portfolio showing strong campaign thinking and excellent visual craft
  • Experience launching products or building brands in sports, lifestyle, or consumer categories
  • Strong art direction, design craft and storytelling instincts
  • A point of view on culture, sport, and design
  • Curiosity about how brands build communities and shape movements
