About the Role

Known for building and transforming brands, products, and businesses through a unique, story-driven approach, this team works with some of the world’s most recognized companies.
They’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve their recruiting function, helping attract top creative, strategic, and consulting talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across creative, strategy, and business roles
- Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple disciplines
- Elevate the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent insights, and hiring best practices
- Help refine and scale recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to support company growth and culture initiatives
What You Bring
- 6–10+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a creative agency, consultancy, or fast-paced startup environment
- Proven success hiring across a range of roles including creative, strategy, and corporate functions
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Data-driven mindset with experience improving recruiting processes and outcomes
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment
Nice to Have
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting function
- Background supporting high-growth or entrepreneurial organizations
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies
