  • Partner with supply chain management and other stakeholders to prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual producer reports.
  • Lead the end-to-end close process; manage balance sheet and income statement accounts, prepare journal entries, and analyze monthly operating results.
  • Manage and improve accounting workflows by leveraging automation, AI tools, and other technologies to increase efficiency and data quality.
  • Exercise professional judgment in evaluating accounting treatments and risks; monitor compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing teams to provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a lead contributor to annual financial audits and drive process improvement initiatives or special financial analysis projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of professional accounting experience with a strong foundation in full-cycle operations.
  • Big 4 or Tier 2 public accounting experience is highly recommended, with a strong preference for candidates offering a strategic mix of both public and private industry backgrounds.
  • CPA license preferred, or a clear plan to work toward one.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data models/integrations) and experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with a deep working knowledge of US GAAP.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
