Overview

This role is the strategic engine behind the President of the Americas. It sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, executive decision-making, and cross-functional alignment for the company’s largest and fastest‑growing region. The person in this seat becomes the President’s closest strategic partner—operating with broad visibility, deep analytical responsibility, and direct influence across the business.

This is not an analyst role. It’s a high‑impact, high‑exposure strategic position designed for someone who can think, communicate, and lead at an executive level.

Executive Partnership

  • Operate as the President’s strategic partner and "right hand".
  • Provide insight, structure, and analytical clarity that shape commercial direction.
  • Maintain pulse across functions to ensure synchronized execution.

Profile of Success:

  • Strategic Thinker with the ability to structure ambiguity into coherent plans.
  • Analytical Athlete with deep Excel fluency and intellectual rigor.
  • Influential Communicator who can present, persuade, and align senior leaders.
  • Relationship‑Driven with strong partnership instincts.

Why This Role Is Different

The person in this role will learn more about the business than anyone other than the President. It offers unmatched visibility, breadth, and career acceleration—"a better development path than any MBA program." This is a rare opportunity for a high‑potential strategist to plug directly into executive leadership and shape the future of a high‑growth division.
