General DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst supports fraud prevention and authentication strategies across Consumer Lending Journey (CLJ), Digital Account Opening (DAO), and E‑Accounts by serving as a subject matter expert in fraud controls, risk mitigation, and data‑driven analysis. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams and vendors to enhance authentication workflows, monitor fraud trends, and implement strategy improvements. Leads initiatives end‑to‑end, driving process optimization, identifying emerging risks, and strengthening the bank’s overall fraud‑prevention posture.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
ExperienceAt least three (3) to (5) years of experience in fraud analytics/strategy within financial services, including work across two or more products, preferably for fraud prevention, authentication strategy, data analytics & monitoring.
At least three (3) to (5) years of experience in process development and implementation, including documentation, workflow design, and operational rollout.
