Senior Business Analyst

Insight Global is currently hiring a Business Analyst for a large insurance client located in Wauwatosa, WI. This role will start as a 6-month contract but could have the opportunity for extension or possible conversion based on workload and performance! It will require working a hybrid schedule and going onsite 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or related industry.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery methodologies
• Strong understanding of user acceptance testing and quality assurance practice

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and gather requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners to support business objectives
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to define solutions and document user stories and requirements
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Support API analysis and integration efforts with external partners
• Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure quality delivery
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support requirements gathering and defect resolution
