While this role is fully remote, occasional travel to the corporate headquarters in Glendale, CA will be required for strategic planning meetings, team collaboration, leadership sessions, and company events.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and operational performance
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
• Serve as a liaison between business units and software development teams
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, and deployment activities
• Analyze data and provide recommendations that drive strategic decision-making
• Ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Coordination, Product Support, Operations, Consulting, or related experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience working within software development, SaaS, technology, Agile, or IT environments is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
