Brand Strategy Lead



Key Responsibilitie

  • sDevelop and oversee the organization's brand strategy, including market positioning, value proposition, and overall brand narrative
  • .Drive brand messaging and storytelling to clearly communicate the company's identity, target audiences, and market presence
  • .Lead market, customer, and competitive research efforts, designing and managing research initiatives as needed to inform branding and go-to-market decisions while validating or challenging existing assumptions
  • .Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to align brand strategy with business objectives, growth initiatives, and revenue goals
  • .Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for product launches, market expansions, and new brand programs
  • .Translate strategic insights into practical frameworks, tools, and guidance that teams can implement effectively
  • .Maintain consistency across all brand interactions and customer touchpoints as the organization grows
  • .Create, refine, and manage brand standards, ensuring they evolve alongside the business
  • .Deepen understanding of customers and buyers to strengthen positioning, messaging, and overall market relevance
  • .Deliver strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership with clarity and confidence

Qualificatio

  • ns10+ years of experience in brand strategy within an in-house corporate environmen
  • t.Demonstrated success developing, launching, repositioning, or scaling brands through periods of growth or transformatio
  • n.Experience working in B2B, B2C, or blended business models where brand strategy directly supports business performance and revenue generatio
  • n.Proven ability to partner effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across creative, marketing, sales, and product function
