We are seeking an exceptional Director of Strategy and Business Development to join our clients senior leadership team. This is a defining role for a commercially astute strategist who thrives at the intersection of insight, influence, and execution.
You will shape the organisation’s long-term market direction, build the partnerships that drive sustainable growth, and ensure our commercial strategy is always one step ahead of the market. Working cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, marketing, finance, and operations, you will have the authority and visibility to make a genuine impact.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead short/long term market strategy
✅ Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive movements
✅ Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances
✅ Drive initiatives to expand market share and enter new verticals
✅ Track ROI of BD initiatives and optimise resource allocation
What You Bring:
🔹10+ years in strategic planning, BD, or corporate strategy
🔹Proven track record developing market strategies that drive measurable growth
🔹Strong analytical skills, market research, financial modelling, strategic analysis
🔹Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
🔹Experience navigating partnership ecosystems
🔹Familiarity with product development life cycles and GTM frameworks
🔹Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments
🔹Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics; MBA preferred
