Position Summary

SIGGA is seeking a hands-on Director of Product Management to lead Product Management and User Experience across our platform.

This role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging with customers, defining product strategy, validating market opportunities, prioritizing roadmaps, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving successful product delivery.

The candidate combines strong product leadership, customer discovery, user experience, and AI fluency to drive innovation and deliver solutions that create measurable customer value.


Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives

• Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders

• Conduct customer interviews, product discovery sessions, and market research

• Ensure customer insights are incorporated into product planning and prioritization

• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver high quality products

• Lead product planning, backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and product launches

• Lead UX/UI resources to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to create measurable customer value

• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

• Lead and develop Product Managers and UX/UI resources


Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments

• 3+ years leading Product Managers and/or UX teams

• Proven experience defining product strategy and managing product roadmaps

• Strong customer discovery, product validation, and market research skills

• Experience working closely with software engineering teams

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities


Preferred

• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management and SAP

• Experience building or managing AI enabled software products

• Daily use of AI tools for product discovery, customer validation, requirements development, research, and decision making

• Ability to identify high value AI opportunities from customer workflows and translate them into product capabilities


Additional Information

• Expected travel of approximately 25% to 40% for customer visits, industry events, and strategic meetings

• Houston area candidates preferred, though strong candidates in other U.S. locations will be considered
