Senior Associate — Business Transactions

Endereza Law is a boutique business law firm serving entrepreneurs and closely held businesses across formation, growth, and transition. We are seeking a 5–15 year attorney with meaningful experience in business transactions and corporate counseling. This is not a litigation role.

The Role

You will handle a range of transactional and advisory work, including:

• Business and transactional counseling
• Drafting and negotiating company agreements
• M&A, equity transfers, redemptions, and restructurings
• Owner disputes and succession matters
• Corporate governance and employment counseling
• Franchising (FDDs and franchise transactions)

You will work directly with the Managing Partner, who maintains client relationships and strategic oversight, while you take ownership of day‑to‑day execution.

• You will manage matters independently where appropriate
• You will collaborate on larger or complex matters
• You will support and help develop a junior associate and staff
• You will help improve systems, processes, and client experience as the firm grows

Who You Are

• 5–15 years of transactional / corporate experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Comfortable managing multiple matters and working directly with clients
• Interested in growing within a high-level boutique practice

Compensation

Base salary: $150K–$190K

Expected total compensation: ~$200K+ with performance upside
