Senior Analyst, Measurement Strategy

Our client, a marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Measurement Strategy to join their team on TTP basis, ASAP. Hybrid 2x/week in Seattle OR Brooklyn.


Responsibilities:

• Own measurement strategy end-to-end, from defining learning agendas to delivering actionable insights

• Design testing roadmaps and measurement frameworks across channels and campaigns

• Lead methodologies including MMM, geo holdouts, incrementality testing, and brand lift studies

• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for clients and stakeholders

• Partner across media, strategy, BI, and data teams to align measurement with business goals

• Support new business efforts and contribute to thought leadership in measurement and analytics

• Build and scale internal measurement frameworks, tools, and best practices



Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing science, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with MMM, geo holdout testing, incrementality measurement, and/or brand lift studies

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

• Agency or consulting experience is a plus

• Understanding of paid media channels, including search, social, and programmatic advertising
