Senior Accountant

On behalf of our client, a global transportation firm headquartered in Tysons Corner, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity with a yearly compensation of up to $115,000 plus bonus based on experience. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days of in office availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process and process financial transactions
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports and budgets
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Assist with month-end close process and month-end reconciliation process
• Assist with preparation of journal entries for all company accounts

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Big 4 or large company experience
