Senior Accountant, AP & Payroll Accounting

Location: Trinity, NC

Comp: $60-$80k

I’m partnering with a growing Fortune 500 industry leader that is continuing to build out its accounting and finance organization following a recent acquisition.

This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys owning key close activities, partnering cross-functionally, and supporting areas tied to AP, payroll accounting, reconciliations, controls, and process improvement.

The company has a strong executive leadership team, a collaborative finance/accounting culture, and a strong promote-from-within track record.

Ideal background:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with AP, payroll accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, or month-end close
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls
• Ability to partner across finance, HR, operations, and shared services teams
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
