Title: Senior Accountant - Hybrid

Salary: $90,000 to $120,000

Location: New York Metro

Responsibilities:

  • Owning key aspects of the monthly close, financial reporting packages, reconciliations, and analysis
  • Preparing journal entries, GL account analyses, and supporting schedules
  • Supporting AR billing, collections, and monthly dashboard reporting
  • Managing revenue schedules (deferred revenue, unbilled receivables) with precision
  • Applying ASC 606 revenue recognition, including contract review and accounting treatment decisions
  • Partnering with Operations on cost of service (COS) analysis, accruals, and margin insights
  • Monitoring cost trends, explaining variances, and improving reporting clarity
  • Supporting audits, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvements
