Senior Accountant
East Valley (Phoenix, AZ)
Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Compensation: $85-100K + bonus

We’re partnering with a growing organization in the East Valley that is investing in its accounting function and looking for someone who can own core accounting responsibilities while also helping improve and modernize processes and systems.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Owning key components of the close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintaining accuracy across financial areas such as cash, receivables, payables, payroll, and intercompany activity
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles
- Working cross-functionally to understand financial activity and resolve discrepancies
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Contributing to system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements
- Developing and refining scalable accounting procedures and documentation

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in core principles
- Experience with close processes and balance sheet reconciliations
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a natural inclination toward problem-solving
- Comfort working within ERP systems; Intacct or similar platforms preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and an interest in improving how data is leveraged
- Exposure to automation tools or process improvement initiatives is a plus
