Senior accountant
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + Bonus
We are a growing $20M company seeking an accounting supervisor who wants more than a traditional accounting role. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the owner, lead all accounting functions, and play a key role in shaping the financial and operational success of the business.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in the day-to-day accounting operations (GL, month-end close, financial reporting)
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights
- Work directly with the owner on financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and improve processes, controls, and reporting tools
- Support operational decision-making across the business
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and key financial metrics
- Serve as the go-to finance leader across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business operations
- Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Desire to grow with a company and take on increasing responsibility
