About the Opportunity:
This role will support a portfolio of real estate assets and work closely with various cross-functional teams across the organization. The position offers broad exposure to operational accounting, reporting, financial analysis, and business operations within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of assets/entities
- Month-end and year-end close processes
- Journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Financial statement preparation and supporting schedules
- Collaboration with teams across accounting, operations, investments, and development
- Assisting with process improvements, reporting initiatives, and ad hoc projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Approximately 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to full-cycle accounting
- Strong foundation in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate industry experience is helpful but not required; interest in the space is highly valued
