Robert Half is partnering with a high-growth organization to hire a Senior Accountant!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company experiencing rapid expansion and system transformation, offering strong exposure to leadership and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
• Support full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and general ledger activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams on revenue, inventory, and fixed asset accounting
• Assist with system transition initiatives and process improvements
• Work closely with finance leadership and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with inventory, fixed assets, or SaaS/recurring revenue environments
• ERP system experience (NetSuite a strong plus; experience beyond QuickBooks preferred)
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
🔹 Nice to have:
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems
• Background in SaaS or industries with contract/recurring revenue
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment
