Senior Accountant

Harmer has partnered with a company in the Manufacturing industry seeking to hire for position of Senior Accountant.

• Location: Frederick, Maryland
• Work Model: Onsite
• Compensation: Base + Bonus + Benefits

This role will have autonomy to be the sole accounting person. Very interesting and challenging role with great exposure and responsibility for full cycle accounting, general accounting, cost accounting, planning/budgeting, AP/AR processes, assisting with cash management, and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong emphasis in cost accounting and corporate accounting
• Experience managing complex financial transactions, including financial analysis, payroll, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
