We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support project teams and manage key accounting functions across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role with exposure to both operational and technical accounting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage project-based/client billing and support project managers with financials
• Perform month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Handle intercompany transactions and multi-entity accounting
• Support AP/AR processes, including invoice review and collections
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in project-based environments (engineering, consulting, construction, etc.)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, GL, and reconciliations
• Experience with multi-entity and/or intercompany accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Vantagepoint accounting software experience
