Salary: $85-95K
OTE 1st year - $150K-175K
OTE 2nd year - $175-215K
OTE 3rd Year - $215K+

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to own and grow a defined territory within the IT staffing and solutions space. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, expanding existing relationships, and driving new business development to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
This is a quota-carrying role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and understands how to build long-term partnerships while consistently generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities
•Territory Ownership: Fully own and develop a designated territory, building a strategic plan to drive revenue growth across existing and prospective clients.
•Account Management & Growth: Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized and high-potential clients, identifying opportunities to expand services, increase wallet share, and deepen partnerships.
•Business Development: Proactively generate new business through outbound efforts, referrals, networking, and market engagement. Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
•Client Relationship Building: Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers, procurement, and executive leadership.
•Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through a combination of account expansion and new client acquisition.
•Solution Selling: Partner with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions, aligning client needs with candidate capabilities across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.
•Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and hiring demands within your territory to position services effectively.
•Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
•5+ years of experience in IT staffing, staffing services, or B2B sales
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (quota-carrying role required)
•Experience managing and growing a book of business within small to mid-sized clients
•Strong business development and prospecting capabilities
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
Preferred Experience
•Experience within a staffing, consulting, or professional services environment
•Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
•Existing network within a defined territory or vertical
