GOAT USA is looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Operations Senior Manager who will play a key role in optimizing and scaling the company’s core business operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across supply chain, eCommerce, retail, customer experience, and internal operations, partnering closely with leadership to drive execution and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, solutions-oriented leader with a strong background in corporate operations and process improvement. This role leads high-impact initiatives, enhances systems and workflows, and ensures alignment between day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to streamline processes, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable improvements across the organization.

SALARY RANGE
The salary for this role is $120,000 annually. The salary offered will take into account a number of factors, including the applicant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus may be included as part of the compensation package offer.
