Skills & Competencies:
-Minimum 8 years experience in Sales
-Experience with OTA industry background
-Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close complex, high-value partnerships
-Sharp market instincts — you can quickly assess a neighborhood, identify a trend, and translate that into actionable strategy
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling pitches and maintain polished host-facing correspondence
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
-Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in an ever-evolving environment
Pay start at $62hr with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
