Title: Account Executive

Location: Remote – Candidates Must Be Based in the Chicago, IL Area

Duration: 8 Months (07/14/2026 – 03/15/2027)

Pay Range: $95-100/hour on W2


Job Description:

Drive hotel acquisition and partnership growth within an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, prospecting hotel partners, and managing relationships throughout the sales cycle. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support market expansion, hotel onboarding, and partner success initiatives while helping grow inventory and strengthen the platform's presence within the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, or account management and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.


Job Functions:

  • Prospect and identify new hotel partnership opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and market research.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales funnel, converting prospects into active partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotels, hotel groups, and serviced apartment operators.
  • Present the platform's value proposition through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
  • Meet and exceed territory goals, performance metrics, and acquisition targets.
  • Support market expansion initiatives by identifying and securing high-quality hospitality inventory.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and partner success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new partners.
  • Develop scalable strategies that drive partner engagement and long-term business growth.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline performance, and business development metrics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hospitality partners while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred.
  • Hospitality, travel, marketplace, or technology industry experience is highly preferred.


Experience:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or related fields.
  • Experience working within high-growth technology, startup, travel, hospitality, or marketplace environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
  • Experience managing hospitality, travel, lodging, or hotel-related partnerships is a strong plus.
