• Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Verify all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with the Kroger Logistics Loss Prevention Manual and site specific procedure manual
• Assist Distribution Center Loss Prevention Manager in developing and implementing operational procedures
• Conduct training of new associates in gate operations and procedures
• Report and document policy/safety violations
• Provide detailed reports and investigative information to Distribution Center Loss Prevention Manager
• Assist in coordinating security requirements for Distribution Center activities
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic
• Inspect alarm systems to maintain functional operation
• Respond to emergencies on complex
• Monitor Closed Circuit TV
• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
