Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Responsibilities
Perform a range of operational tasks supporting complex securities or cash-related transactions
Process, reconcile, and research transactions and inquiries
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Review time-sensitive and complex documents
Create or update internal procedures as needed
Collaborate across multiple departments
Prepare department-level reports using multiple data sources
Provide training or guidance to junior staff
Act as back-up support for other teams or desks
Handle frequent customer interaction with minimal supervision
Manage daily processing, risk management, and compliance activities
Maintain and set up accounts, systems, or processes
