SEC Reporting Manager

Focus Search LLC is requiting for an SEC Reporting Manager with a global publicly traded technology company. This role will lead financial reporting, compliance, and technical accounting efforts in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment. The role focuses on preparing SEC filings, ensuring GAAP and SOX compliance, managing complex accounting issues, and partnering with leadership (CFO, CAO, Investor Relations) and auditors. This is a broad role that offers exceptional exposure for learning and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA desired
• 5+ years of experience, either in public accounting with public clients or in industry
• Strong Technical Accounting and Research skills
