The below positions represent the variety of youth programs the City of Woodbury offers during the summer. Please look closely at the descriptions and list your top three positions in the supplement questions. These positions can be paired together (such as a preschool playground and youth playground leader) or along with other seasonal positions (such as Pee Wee Sports Coach) to create more hours.

High energy and enthusiasm are needed. All programs have a set curriculum. Mon-Fri: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. June 8 - August 14 $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Camp Carver Supervisor *ALL POSITIONS ARE FILLED FOR 2026 Responsible for the on-site supervision and direction of Camp Carver. This includes the supervision, guidance and support for 4-6 staff, maintaining supplies, altering curriculum as needed, set up of Camp Carver, redirecting behavior and solid communication with parents, campers and supervisor. Mon-Fri: 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. June 8 - August 14 $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Colby Lake Supervisor **ALL POSITIONS ARE FILLED FOR 2026 Responsible for on-site supervision and direction of youth programs occurring at Colby Lake Park. This includes the supervision of 4-6 staff, maintaining supplies, altering curriculum as needed, redirecting behavior and solid communication with parents, campers and supervisor. Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Various Friday hours June 8 - August 14 $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Youth Playground Leader **ALL POSITIONS ARE FILLED FOR 2026 Assist in providing leadership and direction in planning and implementing youth physical activities including large group games, small group activities, crafts, and sports activities. High energy and enthusiasm are needed. All programs have a set curriculum. Youth playgrounds reach youth ages 6-12 years old. Monday -Thursday: 12:45-4:15 p.m. Various Friday hours June 8 - August 14 $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Preschool Playground Leader ***ALL POSITIONS ARE FILLED FOR 2026 Assist in providing leadership and direction in planning and implementing preschool physical activities including large group games, small group activities, crafts, science projects and sports activities. High energy and enthusiasm are needed. All programs have a set curriculum. Preschool playgrounds reach youth ages 3-7 years old. Monday -Thursday: 8:45 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Various Friday hours June 8 - August 14 $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Youth Sports Camp Supervisor *ALL POSITIONS ARE FILLED FOR 2026 Responsible for on-site supervision and direction of various youth sports camps, including basketball camp, football camp, track and field camp and sports sampler camp. This includes leading 1-2 Youth Sports Camp Leaders. Sports camp reaches youth ages 7-12 years old. Monday -Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-Noon June 9 - August 6 $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Summer Youth Program - Adaptive Recreation Leader **ALL POSITIONS ARE FILLED FOR 2026 Responsible to lead an inclusive program and services to people with disability-related needs. Adaptive camp leaders are responsible for providing the support required to meet each participant's individual needs. Examples of adaptive recreation programs include, but are not limited to, EMML Dynamic Day Camp, EMML Bowling, EMML Social Club, EMML Sports Sampler, EMML Kayak Club, and other various Adaptive Recreation Programs. Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Various Friday hours June 8 - August 21 $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
