We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support a portfolio of capital projects in the Denver, Colorado area. This is a long-term opportunity for a scheduler who enjoys owning project timelines, partnering closely with project teams, and acting as the scheduling subject matter expert across multiple initiatives.

The role is centered on Primavera P6 scheduling for capital projects and offers strong continuity, visibility, and long-range project involvement.

Pay: $25 - $35

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Support a portfolio of capital projects, including projects up to approximately $15M in budget
• Create new schedules and update existing schedules as project plans evolve
• Attend project and stakeholder meetings to provide schedule updates and insights
• Respond to schedule-related questions and impacts
• Serve as the scheduling SME for assigned projects
• Ensure schedules accurately reflect scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working with Primavera P6
• Experience supporting or scheduling capital projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate schedule status to project teams and leadership

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting business objectives or enterprise initiatives
• Utility industry experience
• Construction or infrastructure scheduling background

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
