The Hope Source is seeking a talented, professional Scheduling Coordinator to join our diverse team. Since 2007, The Hope Source has provided high-quality comprehensive treatment and educational services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families through our unique hybrid model with Dynamic Minds Academy. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide holistic, evidence-based therapies and educational services to ensure continuity of care and positive, lasting outcomes for our clients.



Primary Responsibilities

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Creating, managing, and overseeing the daily schedule, making edits as needed
  • Tracking daily attendance for staff and clients
  • Serving as a friendly and professional point of contact for visitors and staff entering the building
  • Communicating with outside vendors
  • Coordinating and facilitating communication through the appropriate channels
  • Serving as a direct point of contact for families
  • Maintaining flexibility with hours as needed
  • Completing other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Previous experience with ABA scheduling preferred
  • Prior healthcare scheduling experience required
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Office 365, and related systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to company policies while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Experience

  • Healthcare scheduling: 2 years preferred
  • ABA scheduling experience preferred
