Consultant – Technical Expert

Position Summary

The Technical Expert will provide deep technical leadership for system remediation, architecture assessment, integrations, interface development, and modernization activities required for Florida PALM integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current People First architecture.
• Analyze technical dependencies with Florida PALM.
• Review and redesign system interfaces.
• Evaluate existing SAP ECC 6.0 HR environment.
• Design integration solutions.
• Develop interface specifications.
• Support remediation of over 2,000 required system updates.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
• Review security and performance impacts.
• Support migration planning.
• Work closely with functional and QA teams.
• Ensure compatibility with payroll and financial modules.
