Experience & Qualifications Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and logistics execution (SAP SD/TM), including at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in mid-to-high complexity warehouse and manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, staging, and production supply
- Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments is a strong asset
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Sales & Distribution)
Functional Skills Requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders to lead on-site end-to-end logistics and warehouse process workshops, document current- and future-state processes, translate business requirements into detailed functional design specifications, and drive implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation
- Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP S/4HANA EWM and SD, resolving business-critical warehouse and logistics execution issues within defined SLAs
- Experience supporting global templates and large-scale manufacturing rollouts, including localization, change control, and cross-warehouse harmonization
- Deliver post-go-live (hypercare) support and drive continuous improvement through warehouse process optimization and solution enhancements
- Develop comprehensive, role-based training documentation and conduct on-site training sessions for warehouse supervisors, logistics planners, and operations teams
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with complex stakeholders across multiple geographies
Technical Skills Requirements
- Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM & SD/TM, including warehouse structures, storage types and sections, activity areas, bins, handling units, and packaging specifications
- Strong SAP configuration expertise, including inbound and outbound processes, putaway and picking strategies, wave management, labor management, and cross-docking
- Experience with Fiori-based warehouse execution, including inbound and outbound processing, picking, packing, goods issue, and yard activities
- Experience supporting high-volume, discrete manufacturing logistics, including production supply, line-side staging, kitting, sequencing (JIS/JIT), and cross-plant material flows
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP (staging and production supply), TM (transport planning), and FI/CO (logistics cost postings)
- Experience integrating warehouse automation technologies, including conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, scanners, RFID, and third-party WMS or MFS solutions
- Lead SAP master data design and governance, covering warehouse structures, product master extensions, packaging specs, work centers, and process parameters, ensuring scalability and consistency across sites
Work Arrangement Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% per month, typically Tuesday–Thursday
- Ability to work with distributed global teams and coordinate delivery across regions and time zones
- Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment, including onshore overlap as needed

Compensation
- Compensation (All-In): $120k-$160k USD
- Placement within the range depends on role level, experience, location, and overall requirements engineering capability.
