We are currently seeking a SAP - Data Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Required Skills:SAPBODS (BusinessObjects Data Services,SAP Migration Cockpit,SAPLegacy System Migration Workbench(LSMW) andSAP Data Services, Winshuttle.

For Lead role must be handling and hands on to Solution Architecture role and manage all of project related deliverables including planning this area deliverables with the Data Analyst Team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

TheDataConversionAnalyst is responsible andspecializes in moving data from legacy systems tonew target solutionsusing tools likeWinshuttle,theSAPBusinessObjects Data Services(BODS),SAP Migration Cockpit,SAPLegacy System Migration Workbench(LSMW) andSAP Data Services, focusing on data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure accuracy and business continuity. They manage the entire lifecycle, from discovery and planning to post-go-live support, often adapting standard migration objects or creating custom ones for unique business needs.

This position will be working in virtual and culturally diverse teams, aligning closely with internal colleagues and partners to ensure successful assigned tasks completion.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning & Strategy: Defining scope, timelines, resources, and migration approachesfor data conversions

• Data Analysisand Mapping: Analyzing source data for quality, completeness, and mapping totargetstructures.

• Tool Expertise: Utilizingdata conversion tools such as but not limited totheWinshuttle,SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC), Migration Object Modeler (MOM), SAPLegacy System Migration Workbench(LSMW), and SAP Data Services (BODS).

• Execution: Performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Cleansing & Validation: Cleaningdata(identifyingand correcting inaccurate,incompleteor duplicate data), standardizing formats, and running mock migrations for testing.

• Customization: Adapting migration objects or creating custom ones for unique data fields.

• Support: Providing post-go-live support and user training.

• Validation & Testing:Verifying the integrity and accuracy of migrated data.

• Collaboration:Working with business users (functional teams) and IT (technical teams).

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location:India

• Environment:Standard office environmentutilizingstandard office equipment; some travel may be necessary.

• Ability to work on projectswith global team members outside of standard office hours.

• Weekend work and overtime may berequired.

• Works inteamand individual environments.

• Up to 25% travel (more may benecessaryfor projects); domestic and international.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Minimum of3+ years of experience inData Conversion/Migration roles.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise inETL processes and data migration methodologies.

• Familiarity with various SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SuccessFactors).

• Tools: Winshuttle, SAPMigration Cockpit,SAPMigration Object Modeler, SAP Data Services (BODS).

• Methodologies: Understanding ofETL processes, data governance, and migration best practices.

• Technical: Knowledge ofERPdata modelsandSQL.

• Attention to detail and effective communication.

• Must be self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail oriented.

• Must have proven ability to set and follow priorities andtimeline.

• Must have the ability to build lasting trusted partnerships across various functional areas and technical disciplines. Able to support off-hourswork asrequired, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on call responsibilities on a rotational basis.

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Minimum of3+ years of experience inData Conversion/Migration roles.

• Experience inworking on Agile development teams and projects.

Desirable:

• Experience as an SAPS4HANA Data Migration Consultant.
