Required Skills:

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for SAP HCM modules.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide lead direction and mentorship to junior analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Drive business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to optimize HR operations.
• Manage and support end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and enhancements.
• Oversee integration efforts between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems (Finance, Payroll, third-party tools).
• Develop and execute test strategies, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Create and deliver training materials and end-user documentation.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot system defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on workflow design, configuration, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR regulations, and audit requirements.
