Airline Maintenance Manager (MIA)
Classification: Full-Time/Salary
Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all maintenance procedures for the building and facility grounds at the MIA Unit. This role directs and coordinates the activities of maintenance staff in the repair and upkeep of equipment, trucks, vans, tools, and other assets.

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position is in a food manufacturing facility and involves working in areas that may be cold, hot, humid, or noisy. The environment includes exposure to strong food odors, allergens, and potentially working with equipment. Employees may need to follow strict sanitation and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Work may take place on wet or slippery surfaces. Schedules may include overtime, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs.
Physical Demands
Work from ladders; Lift 30 pounds several times per day and maintain balance; Ability to perform duties in extreme varying temperatures; Bending at the waist, kneeling, climbing, walking, and crouching as necessary to perform job duties. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment. Flexibility to work 8, 10, 12-hour shifts, holidays, weekends, and call-ins as required.
Travel
No travel is required.
