Salon Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to become an essential member of our salon family. If you enjoy greeting people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping operations moving smoothly, this role is a great fit. Coiffures International has proudly served Marco Island and Naples for over 25 years. We are a full-service salon offering a broad selection of hair, nail, and spa services, and our front desk team plays a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences.

Location: 651 Collier Blvd., Ste 1B, Marco Island, FL. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately.
• Manage the booking system, update client records, and maintain appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Process payments, handle point-of-sale transactions, and assist with retail product sales and recommendations.
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Coordinate with stylists and spa staff to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment; strong organizational ability.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with booking systems or social media is a plus.
• Positive attitude, polished appearance, and commitment to great customer service.
• Previous salon or retail customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule: Part-time; flexible hours. Hours may vary; generally, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. 

Pay: $16.00 per hour.
