This is a part-time, on-site Front Desk Representative role located in Stoneham, MA. The Front Desk Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing scheduling and reservations, answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area and coordinating with stylists, ensuring seamless salon operations.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, with a focus on creating a positive client experience
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Reservations professionally
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and staff effectively
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a salon or similar setting, is a plus
