Direct experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar
CRM platforms in a patient-support context.
Hands-on experience with specialty pharmacy or HUB vendor integrations and knowledge of standards/APls used for prescription/fulfillment (e.g., HL7, FHIR concepts, EDI).
Experience with cloud-based deployments, CI/CD for configuration-driven platforms, or working alongside technical architects on integration architecture.
Experience in global program roll-outs or multi-country regulatory environments.
Background in nursing, pharmacy, or case management with practical patient-facing experience.
Familiarity with digital engagement tools (patient portals, mobile apps, chatbots) and behavior-change approaches to improve adherence.
