Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant/Architect (Patient Support Programs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant / Business Analyst to support patient services and digital health initiatives for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, patient support programs, and healthcare integrations, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions tailored to patient support programs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Work on integrations with specialty pharmacies, HUB vendors, and third-party healthcare systems.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange using healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI.
  • Participate in cloud-based deployments, CI/CD processes, and support configuration-driven platforms.
  • Partner with technical architects to define and implement integration architecture and best practices.
  • Support global rollouts and ensure compliance with multi-country regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to patient engagement initiatives through digital tools such as patient portals, mobile apps, and chatbots.
  • Drive improvements in patient adherence through data-driven and behavioral engagement strategies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Service Cloud implementations in healthcare or patient support environments.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare integrations, particularly with pharmacy/HUB systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
  • Experience working in cloud environments and CI/CD frameworks.
  • Familiarity with integration architecture and APIs.
  • Experience in regulated healthcare or life sciences environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global program implementations or multi-country rollouts.
  • Background in nursing, pharmacy, or case management with patient-facing exposure.
  • Familiarity with digital engagement platforms (patient portals, mobile apps, chatbots).
  • Strong understanding of patient journey and adherence programs.
